Welcome to the Post Mills Soaring Club
Post Mills Airport Vermont

Our club was formed in 1987 with a mission to bring affordable soaring to the
Upper Valley.  We now have 25 active members and a fleet of gliders that includes
a Schweizer 2-33 for basic training, a Blanik L-13 for advanced and cross
country training and a Schweizer 1-23H 15 meter.   In April 2002 we bought a
new Glasflugel HpH 304C 15 meter sailplane.

The Post Mills Soaring Club is seeking volunteer pilots to tow gliders with our Cessna L-19 Bird Dog and CFIG's to instruct in our gliders. Tow Pilot candidates must have extensive experience in high performance tail wheel aircraft and be willing to work for at least one full day at a time on a flexible schedule. Private or higher certificate required. Instructor candidates should be experienced glider pilots who are able to work with several students within an established training program.

The Post Mills Soaring Club is based in Post Mills, Vermont (2B9). The club operates from April through November and its charter is to provide affordable training to its members. In addition to the L-19, PMSC owns four gliders, and several members own their own gliders.
